According to a previous post, it appears you can no longer sign up through Citibank.

You can get a $15 rebate each quarter for home improvement OR maintenance expenses of at least $30. You can get up to a total of $100 rebates for submitting 4 gas receipts for at least $25 in 4 quarters. So an AtHome member replacing his water boiler will only get a $15 rebate.

Thanks in advance!
As mentioned you should order whatever gift cards you need to order on the day of sign up in order to "maximize the deal". So assuming you ordered when you sign up it takes typically 3-6 business days by purolator to receive your gift cards (could be slightly longer if under $350 worth since it would be sent by lettermail). For rebates you can only send them when you receive them (obviously) so you should order them ALL on the day of sign up. Even if you don't intend on sending them all in, it's best to keep them handy in case. The rebates could take around 2-8 weeks to arrive.

want to trade?
hi gang,
too bad, don't qualify for a membership since the new rule change
anyways wondering if anyone would like to trade for Sport Chek / Coast Mountain Sport gift cards. I've got $75 worth.
Of the gift cards offered through this thread, I'm only interested in the following (listed in order of preference):
Petro Canada
HBC stores (Bay, Zellers, Home Outfitters)
Winners/Home Sense
Home Depot
but would consider trading for other gift cards you may have.
If interested click here for details

Thanks for the links. But they seem to be US only and at least the first one ships to US address only.

Do those sites have the gift cards you are looking for?
If so, email them... I always make it a point to email the admins. Most are very personable. Let them know that you want to buy from their site and see if they're willing to do an exception for you.

Well, the point is that if these are US only sites, chances are the gift cards work in US stores only. And as you may know, US gift cards DO NOT work in equivalent Canadian stores (eg. we also have Best Buy, Toys R Us, etc. here in Canada)

BTW, are you located in the US? You are aware this is a Canadian forum right?

Note that Sobeys will be giving 8x multiplier gas coupons this coming week. By paying for 40.0 litres of gas with your Cdn Tire discount GC, you will be saving 29%! So if the gas price is 75¢/l, you are effectively paying less than 54¢/l!
while Petro GC will give you a total discount of 20.8% & is far better than the rest of the gas reward programs,
CT is still the best with a total discount of over 24.3%.

side note... I am 99% sure that the Toys R US gift card actually works in the US as well. I know as of last year Best Buy Home Depot and Linens N Things did not.

well I wasn't really satisfied with my Galleria membership, so I called up MBNA, and they signed me up for At Home!

Hey eBuddy,
this might sound like a really stupid question, but what does Sobeys have to do with Canadian Tire? and what are 8x multiplier coupons? Perhaps, I'm just being ignorant and should read the whole thread, but it's sooo long!
Also, have you successfully used Canadian Tire gift cards for the Gas Bar? Because on the back of my gift cards it says "Retail Stores Only"
Thanks,

Thanks,
Sobeys and Canadian Tire have a corporate partnership, which promotes each other by distributing either gas coupons to grocery buyers, or by providing gas buyers with a coupon for money off at Sobeys.
In this weeks Sobeys flyer, you can find a clippable coupon for 8x CT money when you pay cash or debit for gas.
Once you get as at Canadian Tire, you will get a little coupon for money off at your next Sobeys visit.
You CAN use CT gift cards in the gas bar, but you can use only ONE.
Tracy
