Total Home Care
I called and apparently there are only 4 participating retailers: Home Depot, Rona, HBC and Home Hardware. There is also a limit of 5 GC/month per store. It seems too limited for $20/month.

AtHome just cancelled my membership on me, after who knows how many years of being a member.
Sent them an email asking if they planned on refunding my $212 membership costs that I paid at the end of December, seeing as I'm not the one who cancelled the account

Amazing...another $2000 in Sears GC's were added to each of my AH and LS memberships (the "original" ones I signed up for via Citibank a long time ago). This is on top of the $500 AH and $1500 LS already offered for Sears. This will now more than cover my annual vacation cost booked thru Sears Travel.
Also, I was just charged $159.99+HST for the annual membership fee for each of the programs. My annual fee hasn't changed for the past few years.Last edited by kiiaal; Apr 11th, 2012 at 11:56 AM.

You are lucky. I currently pay $29.95 per month for my LS membership. In addition, the last few years they have taken away all of my rebates. However, just like you I noticed the addition of new gift cards + they finally gave me back outdoor and theme park rebates. Would you mind telling me how I can take advantage of them since I don't camp or go to theme parks?

I saw they added these back in too.
For the theme park rebate, if I recall, I was able to use them for Wonderland, Ontario Place, any zoo, waterparks, etc..
The Sports/Outdoor rebate is easier....golf, skiing, park entrance fee, Jays games...really any sports or "outdoor" activity as in "outside" (and not limited to camping) will qualify.
But best if you called in to verify.

That was how I was cancelled as well. My credit card was changed, I called and updated but for some reason they cannot update the system with the new card number. Even got through to someone who apparently could but they still said that it would be cancelled. Then the next year I got started up again only to have the same problem since they still had the wrong card number. Got a couple of months before they cancelled. Then again the same thing the following year. Each time I called to tell them that they have the wrong card number and each time nothing could be done.
