How does that compare to Dell ultrasharp?

I got one from CC today, and it has a dead pixel.... not sure if I can do exchange
I put it with my Dell U2311h side by side, quality is not bad at all
Once I switch to the game model, the picture is very sharp!

No, I'm not sure why not; I'm not well versed in laws and such things.

Some info on shipping with visions.ca (This is what they sent me)

"Orders with Regular or Free Shipping require 1-2 business days processing time in our warehouse and will require another 3-5 business days (for most major cities) or 5-7 business days (for remote locations) travel time after leaving our warehouse."

Which one is better? Worth to upgrade from an ultrasharp?

How does it compare to http://m.staples.ca/touch/product.html#69409

visions.ca listed it at $138. They beat CC's price by 15% of the difference, which should be 15% of $9=$1.35.
How can you get $116.15?

How can you get $116.15?
See: This
So $138 -119 = 19*0.15=1.85
119-2.85 = 116.15*1.13 =131.25
