MEMORY -- What is the Capacity of this ...

I'm trying to confirm the hardware contents of a router i purchased online. Can someone help me understand how much memory is contained on this single chip?

The single memory chip is integrated onto the motherboard. It states the following:
em6ge16ewxd-12h
U06EB018420AAE.11
E10000 1508 0

I did some searching and it could be DDR3 256Mx16. How do i break that down to get the full capacity of the memory?

Thanks.

The OP might misinterpret your 4 Gigs to mean 4 GB as in consumers products memory is are typically advertised in MB and GB.

The chip is in fact 4 Gigabits more commonly known as 512 MB capacity.
