Called in today and talk to a lady for about 25 sec's. Gave her my order numbers and she said "thank you, I i will take care of it". Phone call over!
All orders were changed to inprogresss and I just got the emails all items shipped with tracking numbers.
Note: All were PM's except a Video card.
Happy Camper!
Call tomorrow if you have not heard from them I guess is the moral of the story!

good on you... my experience when calling last Friday (Nov 30) was: "we are still shipping out orders from the 23rd, yours will be shipped out next week"
not much to show for after 15 minute wait and 20 seconds conversation

My order from 11/25/2012 6:07:40 PM has been in "NewOrder" status until I emailed them yesterday, now it says "InProcess" no reply yet though, just that change. No PM's.

and this is my first order with these guys. no replies to emails, no updates. needless to say they'll be way down my list after this.
staring at 11/26/2012 NewOrder is just not cool

hey guys, i had a hell of a time with them too. reply in my thread in the shopping discussion area here, you'll get more eyeballs on it and it will prob show up in google searches faster. if we can make it public they won't do this again or will find a way to compensate or rectify it:

Well my order finally says shipped today, received the standard email from them saying it's ship with the UPS tracking number. Still not able to track it, but I will give it a day or so.
