The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada, with the exception of the Province of Quebec, who are:

(i) over the age of majority in their province/territory of residence at the time of entry; or

3.HOW TO ENTER: There is one (1) way to enter the Contest. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter the Contest, visit www.facebook.com/oxycanada (the “Website”), click on the “contest” tab and follow the on-screen instructions to log-in to your Account and: (i) “Like” the Oxy Canada fanpage (the “Fanpage”) (Note: Only required if your are not already a fan of the Fanpage); and (ii) allow the Contest Application (the “Application”). Once you have allowed the Application, follow the on-screen instructions to obtain and fully complete the Official Contest Entry Form (the “Entry Form”) with all required information. When all required fields of the Entry Form are completed, click the “submit” button to complete your entry (Entry Form hereinafter collectively referred to as “Entry/Entries”). To be eligible, your Entry must be submitted and received within the Contest Period. All eligible Entries received during the Contest Period will be entered into the random prize draw: (i) for the Grand Prize (see Rule 5a); and (ii) for the Weekly Prize (see Rule 5b) in the applicable Week during which the Entry was submitted and received. ENTRIES WILL NOT BE JUDGED, BUT WILL BE DISQUALIFIED IF THEY DO NOT COMPLY WITH THESE RULES (AS DETERMINED BY SPONSOR IN ITS SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION).

Subject to Section 4 hereof, there is a limit of one (1) Entry per person/email address/Account, per Day (as defined above) permitted during the Contest Period. For greater certainty, you can only use one (1) email address/Account to enter the Contest. If it is discovered that any person has attempted to: (i) obtain more than one (1) Entry per person/email address/Account per Week (as defined above) during the Contest Period[/B]; and/or (ii) use (or attempt to use) multiple names, identities and/or more than one (1) email address and/or one (1) Account to enter the Contest; then (in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor) he/she may be disqualified from the Contest and all of his/her Entries are subject to disqualification by the Sponsor. Any Entry you attempt to submit will be rejected if (in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor) the Entry Form is not fully completed with all required information (including writing your Answer in the space provided) and submitted and received during the Contest Period. Use (or attempted use) of multiple names, identities, email addresses and/or any automated, macro, script, robotic or other system(s) or program(s) to enter or otherwise participate in or disrupt this Contest is prohibited and is grounds for disqualification by the Sponsor. The Releasees (defined below) are not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, delayed, incomplete or incompatible Entries (all of which are void). All Entries are subject to verification at any time. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to require proof of identity and/or eligibility (in a form acceptable to the Sponsor – including, without limitation, government issued photo identification) to participate in this Contest. Failure to provide such proof to the satisfaction of the Sponsor in a timely manner may result in disqualification. The sole determinant of the time for the purposes of a valid Entry in this Contest will be the Contest server machine(s).
4.HOW TO EARN BONUS ENTRIESFrom time to time during the Contest Period, the Contest Sponsor may make Bonus Entry PIN Codes (“PIN Codes”) available using various means of communication. For example, and without limiting the generality of this clause, PIN Codes may be made available via the contest website, or the websites of the Sponsor, or their media and social media associates. PIN codes will also be available on specially marked packages of Oxy products. To obtain a PIN code without purchasing Oxy product mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to Oxy Sweepstakes PIN Code Request, 8000 Bathurst St. Unit 1, PO Box 30001, Vaughan, Ontario, L4J 0B8. All requests must be received no later than twenty-one (21) days before the end of the contest. Limit one (1) mail-in request per person/household.
After you have obtained a PIN Code, you may go to the Website and enter the PIN Code in the space provided and click “Enter Now”, to enter the Contest as described above and receive your Entry for the Weekly and Grand Prize draws, as well as one (1) Bonus Entry for entering the PIN .
You may only enter each specific PIN Code once during the Contest Period. After you enter a particular PIN Code, it will be associated with your Registration and will provide you with one (1) Bonus Entry each time you subsequently enter the Contest. For greater certainty, each entrant may use each PIN Code only one (1) time but may use multiple PIN Codes during the Contest Period. There is no benefit to entering the same PIN Code during the Contest Period. Limits on Bonus Entries:The maximum number of PIN Codes you may enter during the Contest Period will be the number of PIN Codes made available by the Sponsor during the Contest Period. Entries and Bonus Entries are hereinafter collectively referred to as “Entries”.
