How strict are MB with loyalty 1% reduction? I haven't bought MB before but my fiancee (who will be present during the deal) has and currently drives a MB with proof of ownership. Does her address need to match with mine though etc. or do they not check that much?

Not sure. You may want to ask SA. If I have to guess, you should be able to get it.

On $50k, 1% loyalty works out to $500 per year. So get married asap to get the savings.

It's all up to the dealership and SA. ;)

I know they have arrived in Canada already a few months back. Maybe contact other dealers to get their feedback

Went to MB service today and got front rotors and pads replaced because there was circular mark on one of the rotor. Would have liked it better if they replaced it just near 2 year wear and tear warranty mark but they were complaining rotors needed to be warped and vibrating and making noise. I just told them, they make noise sometimes in the morning and one rotor looks bad with that circular mark.

So if any of you guys have grooves or scored rotors, get it replaced before the 2 years or 40k kms.

I figure dealer will not do a rotor replacement unless it's warped too. The circular mark probably caused on tiny stone/dirt/debris stuck on the pad, therefore, it would be normal wear & tear.

Hi Booblehead,

I’m wondering if you can do some quick calculations for the remaining 2018 GLE400 and 2019 GLC300? I would say 45 months 18,000kms.

I’m currently leasing a 2016 C300 ending soon.

I’m wondering since it’s JAN (should be a very slow month for car sales), would there be better promos? Especially since there are a lot of GLE 2018 remains and it is due for a redesign.

Thanks!

But it looks so bad on new car, even if functionality is fine.
