So as most of you on site I have ordered Meritline 200 lumen Cree (Q3) flashlight in October and that light has been great. However, Meritline only has it on sale once in a while for about $9. I have looked at other alternatives and have found this flashlight with better specs (300 lumens, Q5) at a cheaper price (Less then $7 when I ordered, they had about 10% at the time) . I had my doubts it would be better, I thought it would be same specs at best.....well, I was wrong. This flashlight is visually identical to Meritline one discussed in this thread:

IMO it is more powerful as I have just tested with identical batteries. (*some people reported it to be about the same output*)

Other members have also previously mentioned other sellers who may sell for less, but I have no experience with them. You can find this flashlight directly on TopTom's website for ($7.10 USD + free shipping)

Why this flashlight is good:

Yes you can use either regular AA or rechargeable ones (which I am currently using). Although rechargeable batteries make this flashlight stronger.

you can probably use any e-mail (maybe one of your non-important ones). Pay by PayPal if possible.

I have not ran it continuously for a long time. Maybe 5 -10min at most, and it got warm. Doubt it would get hot.

This is my question too. I was told it will be 270 lumen but I am not sure.

max. lumen output only on 14500 battery only, on AA is weaker but still quite good

+ 1. I was able to light up building 100m away, this was on Meritline (200 lumen) flashlight on regular AA battery.
