i ordered a 30-page photobook on nov 7 and it arrived nov 20. that's less than 10 business days.

I ordered 4 double sided ornaments on November 6th, just got them today (25th), pretty damn long time. Two of them are pretty good, 2 of them are not. I'm not sure the process that goes into making them but something definitely screwed up along the way. It also appears that they are able to get a good print on one side, and only a so-so print on the other.

Here is a pic of the worst one. The surface is smooth keep in mind.




as you can see, the printed photo isn't exactly the greatest either, but the 2 other ones are much better.

I can't really complain because I only paid $12 shipped for these, but I had plans to give 2 to my mother and 2 two my aunt, each having one ornament with my recently passed dog, and the other with the new puppy we got. Those plans are kinda smashed now, but what can you do... Don't know if there is any point in complaining...

//edit oh and btw, these were shipped from HongKong, not sure if people knew that or not. Probably why it takes so damn long to arrive.

I would complain. They will reship em with that picture as proof. Looks like a huge defect on those!
