Man, you missed a doozy last month or so.

Sears had a one day sale of the q220 for something crazy like 199 or so.

That.Was.Nuts.

I was seriously thinking of buying another one just because the price was so good.

If the CAD dollar gets better you can always keep www.racent.biz in mind. I picked up my 220 from them last year for 179 US plus included shipping to my local border pickup. Bought the rolling cart and bbq cover too for a decent price. Retail here was much more.

Great, great grill. Very happy with it, don't even use my big ass bbq anymore since I have my q220 on my rear deck which is so much more convenient.

These things are so well built, I dont think you'd need a 2nd one.

Does anyone have any opinions on Kenmore Elite barbecues available at Sears ?
Something like this caught my eye.

I've had good experiences with some Kenmore Elite appliances, and my first impression is that the prices on these BBQs are pretty good on a feature basis. But, I'm not a BBQ expert by any stretch. Any experts out there care to comment on these ?

Anyone have personal experience with this Broil King grill at Sears?

Doesn't seem to show a specific model number, but the main burners are 50,000 BTUs.

that is a GIANT bbq. i can't even imagine how long that thing would take to heat up or cost to bbq if you only wanted to cook a couple steaks.

looks nice, but if you are going to fork out that kind of money, just off the top of my head, i'd be more willing to grab something like this:

actully, this bbq has 5 burners, which would heat up the area quite fast, and would also give you the choice to open up only one or 2 on one side for a couple of steaks. I think that anything less then 4 burners will not give you the flexability to have either precise heating or not wasting more gas then needed.

Ahhhh...you did! Thanks for that. Funny, I didn't even see it when I logged in today- I thought previously, a pop up appeared saying there was a message? Is there a way to get an email sent when there is a new PM? Email is one place I always check multiple times a day.
