Lenovo Yoga 13" for 1099 is reasonable... So is the 13" Air with 8 gb ram for 1219.
Yes, I saw that too though it appears BB has no stock of the Yoga online or anywhere near the GTA!?

I'm wondering if they have some units set apart for the sale or perhaps open box returns? Will stop by to check.

whats with this TV?

it says $300 off on the ad

Save $300 on an LG 55LS4500 LED 1080p 120Hz TV
Web Code: 10229372 Final Price: $899.99 Save $300

it is now $999 now on the BB site without any 'off'. so the regular price is $999, isnt it?
http://www.bestbuy.ca/en-CA/product/lg- ... 232fa1en02

then with $300 off, shouldnt it be $700? why the final price on the ad says 899.

When they say crap like "300 off" they mean the MSRP probably, not their own prices. Because BB are scam artists.

The TV sale is even worse than their last sale though, pretty funny.

true, but where is that MSRP, it is not on product page, no where i can find it. the TV is listed as 999 which kinda looks like MSRP for me, no?

Good luck arguing with them about it if so.

Seems a bit silly to set aside some units and sell them for $100 less? That said, it would be great if that were the case since BB and FS seem to be the ONLY places in GTA to buy the Yoga?!?

I just bought the LG 47ls4500 for $499 last Sunday from bestbuy, I made a thread about it in electronics section, but apparently no one reads that haha...

The website advertised 250 off 900 down to 649... But when I got in store it was 150 off 800 down to 649. I found it odd store regular price differed from online.

I went to this event last year because I was ready to purchase a 60" Panasonic Plasma. I researched the prices everywhere prior. With their "up to" discount, this was the best price. Stood in line, in freakin' cold weather with everybody and their brother. Purchased the TV, and did not open it, just in case other deals came up elsewhere. Future Shop's boxing day sale had the same TV for $999. When I rec'd the Boxing Day flyer, I called the manager at BB & asked for the price match, which would have saved me approx. $400. Manager said NO, they can't match boxing day flyer prices. So, I went out to FS on Boxing Day, stood in line, in freakin' cold weather with everybody once again. Purchased the TV for $999. A few days later returned the first one to BB for a refund, and I let them know that their manager would not price match...so here it is. I would say to buy if you want, but keep in mind the price might be lower in a couple weeks. Keep your receipt for returning purposes because they will not price match later.

I think they avoid boxing day PMs 'cause everyone could get post-Christmas price adjustments on stuff that they had to buy people for Christmas, lol. But if you got it for yourself then yeah, returning it and buying at the other store is worth it.

When I have a family I'm gonna tell the kids we can have Christmas like normal on the 25th, or we can go out on the 26th and buy double the toys. Their choice.

I think I know what they'd pick :P
