Ohhh not again this sale.. LOLLL, Everyone who attended the sale in early November this is what happen. He had never wanted to respect their offer in stores and it was well written on their website..

So i was obliged to make a complaint at the office of consumer protection for my rebate was announced.. The director of head office sent me a check for my refund partial.. So i had my $ 300 rebate on my 32 inch tv smart tv ..

It is shameful for the company to make a complaint to get the discount announced.

Ahh yes the 'bait and switch' sale is what I like to call it, they knew about the error days in advance and waited till the last minute to make the website changes, really deceptive on best buy's part. I had reserved the 32" inch and got a call on it but when I asked what the price was and it wasn't the 300 off I just told them I wasn't interested.

Yes exactly, in Quebec it was November 3 and best buy have it corrected on 4 November before the event ontario .. I was forced to make a complaint to the Office for finally having my tv at the displayed price during the promotion ..

Best buy are really shameful..

50 inch LED 1080P Toshiba during Labour Day Weekend was at $599.99, so that is the best that we have seen so far for the name brand stuff. This "sale" may not even touch that.

Praying for more $120 Smart LED!

Last time I reserved 2x but only bought 1x because they would only honor $100 off lowest ($420=$320). After a couple of email exchanges, they honored a price adjustment to $300 off, bringing it to $120. I showed them my reservation and intention for purchasing 2x and manager honored the sale of the other when I went in to do a price adjustment 3 weeks later.

i hate these sales. no information prior to event, you get there and no sale prices are posted...you have to want an item first then ask what the secret price is. LAME!! i just don't shop that way
