But if I were you, I would make some different reaction on this. (I need to clarify I have no relationship with Bloomex !) Why i hold this idea? At first, we can make a small analysis on this case from the other viewpoint. We need to clear our head on this case. Where is the problem?
As sellers, they should provide us goods and service of good quality. Only in this way they can survive! But most cases are on the contrary. If we just complaints and the company make no changes about it, all you do is in vain because you may be confronted with the same thing again. What we should do is to prompt them to improve and promote.
The next is how we can achieve this aim. The important thing is that we need to try our best to draw their attention. There are so many ways for it. As a matter of fact, we can turn to related department for help! After all, all should safeguard own rights. Once they receive corresponding punishment, they have to improve, right?
The second is what you do,Vertigo! Nice job! This is an awesome place to voice your idea and you will fast get response. At last, all of your fellows who suffered the same thing will inevitably reach a consensus! Unity Is Power!
The third is that we can't choose tough means to deal with it. I believe you know!
I had to thank you for this post cause it made me LOL.
If only I actually understood what it all meant.

Man, I shouldn't have read that. It's getting to the end of my work day and it just made my brain hurt even more.

Thanks everyone for contributing to this thread. I was about to buy flowers for valentines from Bloomex, however after reading all these horror stories I'm going to pass.

Hey Guys,
Thanks for the heads up but since I am out of the country are there any reputable on-line florists you can recommend?

i would find a local flower shop in the city you want the flowers delivered too and give them a call/e-mail.. seems to be much better then going for a company like bloomex.

A small bump because this will be relevant to us last minute scramblers.

ffs I placed an order with these guys on Sunday. Still hasn't arrived.
Has anyone EVER had a successful order with them?
Btw my credit card was flagged with criminal activity a couple of days after I purchased the flowers, now it doesn't work and they have to send me a new one.

Well the flowers arrived.
My gf liked the surprise, but not worth $100.

Beware recent orders through Bloomex have compromised a number of credit cards.

Horrible!
My husband sent me V Day flowers through this company. Instead of roses I got tulips. They won't issue a refund and RBC says no charge back since I opened the box. Ugh, duh. How else am I supposed to know what's inside? It's ridiculous.
Anyone have any suggestions? I'm so peeved right now.

I bought a group buy voucher for Valentine's Day roses through Bloomex. I've been buying things online for well over a decade, and am always meticulous with researching things before buying, but admittedly I didn't even bother in this case, thinking what could possibly go wrong with something so straightforward?
Well, fortunately for me, my order was delivered as promised, and the quality of the roses was fine. The group buy voucher was for assorted colour roses, and I upgraded to red only, and they managed to fill the order properly.
However, after stumbling into this thread now, I will be sure to never order from them again.

Wow, even when they deliver, you still lose!
How did you know about this?
I just had to replace my credit card because it was compromised, but I didn't know any details... but now that you said this, most likely this is the reason.
