Which rebate did they say was included?
There are 2 rebates available right now that I'm aware of: one directly from the manufacturer and one from 1800contacts. The one from the manufacturer requires that you have had an eye exam in the past 90 days and is available only to US residents. The one from 1800contacts has no such requirement but it is only available to US residents also.
Is there another rebate that I'm not aware of that is available to Canadian residents?
The rebate on lens.com is the one directly from the manufacturer and is only available to US residents.

lens
shipping fee is free to Canada from 1800contacts but it is standard shipping which should take about 1-2 weeks.
I didnt have to provide my prescription but they asked for my Dr. name and phone number to confirm I guess

mail in rebate
the $30 mail in rebate that I got is from 1800contacts and not the one from the Manufacturer. I called them up and they said the same thing that the mail in rebate is applicable to me (Cdn resident). I told him many times that Im from Canada so is the mail in rebate still applicable and he clearly stated that yes it is. The CSR told me that as soon as I get it send it to them and there should be no problem at all but if there is then they will refund me $30.

I received mine yesterday or maybe even the day before and I ordered it on October 25th. Thnx OP again. What is the difference between ClearlyContacts and CoastalContacts other than Clearly is Canadian? I ordered from Coastal, yet the receipt is from Clearly and I believe the products is shipped from Vancouver, BC. Should I be ordering from Clearly next time then?

I'm actually quite pissed about this company...Clearly Contacts or wutever..
I went on their website last week just to check out their prices....I entered some personal info and clicked buy now just to see what the final price would end up being....i then closed the windows pane...
To my surprise...a package arrived at my door yesterday with a bunch of contacts in them and I was really confused as I didnt even enter any CC info to make the purchase...why on earth would I have been sent contacts?
I called in and apparantly they have this "buy now pay later" thing...
yeah thats a cool idea...but i think a customer should have a choice as to how they want to pay...I think the way they have set up this website where there isnt even a "CONFIRM" purchase button after you click buy now....or an option to choose "pay now" or "pay later" type of thing is VERY deceiving on their end...poor business practice in my opinion...
I'm sure im not the only person that has made this mistake in the past...
So to their defence, they are ok with my returning it and not having to pay for the product...however they are forcing me to SHIP it back to them even though i live literally 15 minutes away from the location I need to ship it...I can not drop it off...that's ********....
I'm forced to pay shipping for a return on a product that I never intended to buy in the first place...
I'm actually quite pissed off about this...

Do you shop online much?
out of the thousand+ purchases I've ever made online...this is the first time i've had an issue with a company that has such a process for purchasing...1 click and you're done? No confirmation for purchase?
whats to stop me from entering some random person's information and sending them a crap load of contacts? THey never ordered them...yet they would be responsible for paying return shipping on something they never ordered?
So its my mistake for trying to get more information on price and what not after shipping etc...so maybe I should just buy it without knowing all the critical info I need before deciding on buying right...please...definitely not my goof...

Enough said. What part of those words do you not understand?
It looks like you have not purchased "thousands" of items in the past.
And by the way, in BIG BOLD LETTERS it reads "buy now pay later" on that same page! And what do you mean you wanted to see prices??? It even says it is the FINAL PRICE which includes handling, insurance, and taxes. Furthermore, why did you enter all of your shipping information?
And if you are considering purchasing from their company, why not read the policies too? Prices aren't the only criteria from deciding which retailer to purchase from. And just because this company does not do buy now/pay now like most businesses, does not make them a poor company for you to get upset it. Just relax a little.
This is complete ignorance on your part, so stop blaming others for your own negligence.
