[Merged] Cookie Crisp now in Canada!

Today is a new day for all those that used to stock up on Cookie Crisp when they went to the states. My friend just told me they got a shipment of Cookie Crisp at Costco (here in the GTA at least. I'm not sure about anywhere else).

I'm really not much of a sugary cereal guy myself. I always preferred Rice Crispy, Corn Flakes, and no Kashi cereal. but Cookie Crisp is the one exception to the rule. It's like dessert for me.

The bulk size box is only $7.50. Keep an eye out for it to be on the Costco floor soon.

I used to just mush up chocolate cookies in milk, before even seeing Cookie Crisp in Buffalo.

Somehow, i still think their version is unhealthier.

for all those who haven't tried it, I thought the same thing. like I said in my OP, I've never been one for sugary cereals, and the thought of little cookies was not appealing. but then some friends and I went to the states, and they all grabbed a couple of boxes. I figured I'd grab one just for the hell of it, because they didn't have it in canada. Got back home, poured me some milk, and found it to be a great little snack. I still wouldn't eat TONS of it, but I definitely had a craving for it every now and then.

anyways, it's always one of those things that show up when people talk about the things they have in the states, that you can't get in canada. Cookie Crisp, Apple Jacks, Yoo Hoo, etc...

I always looked forward to eating this when I visited my cousins in the US. After bringing a few boxes back to Canada I always had to be very stingy with my portions in order for each box to last the longest.

Those days are gone because Cookie Crisp is finally in Canada.

The US has so much junky food compared to here!

I remember the cookie crisp commercials.
The cereal is a good snack.

But I like Cinnamon toast crunch better.

I wish you could still get Combos here, those pretzel things w cheeze inside.

But Canada has a lot of stuff the US does not have.

We have actual maple syrup- they only sell "table syrup" in most grocery stores.

We also have gatorade powder, never seen than in any US grocery.

And a lot of candy that the US does not havehere...

I know I've had these (or something very very similar) like 15 years ago
