I love the power of social media. Although as we have seen it can be a companies worst nightmare. Ordered my Apple TV online and scheduled to be delivered on the 24th. I sold off my 4 ATV 2's for $125 and picked up the ATV 3's for $90 after tax. That works for me. Good for you Staples for slipping up and stepping up.

Decisions - use coupon for 32gb playbook down to $119 or use or Apple Tv? Don t really need either one....Oos online but coupon is good for instore as well

Good on Staples for listening to their customers. They could potentially come out of this with minimal financial loss...mark up on Apple products isn't very high and I could see a lot of the coupon recipients using it towards items that have larger profit margins.

So I've been waiting 3 days for my atv to arrive and for some reason the driver returned it to the warehouse and "refunded" me, although I have not seen the refund show up yet on credit card. So Staples redid the order for me and gave the ATV 3 for 59 and also $15 off for my other items which I used before to reach 100. I also got $30 email. I hope it comes but I have a feeling the same thing is going to happen.
