a friend of mine is coming to toronto soon, so I ship it to his address in states.
I was considered Shure SE 215 as well, but I decided to get X10 because x10/x10i is Klipsch's flagship in-ear phone, like Sennheiser IE800.
I picked up the x10 (sent to amerifriend) as well, seemed like the best deal this season.

one other concern...apparently the x7i is specialized for apple products, with a 3-button remote...i use a nokia lumia 920...will i be missing out if i purchased these?
Hard to say. Most earphones that are made for apple will have at least some functionality with other devices. Some devices work perfectly and other don't work at all.

Does anyone have opinions (positive or negative) on the Sony MDREX-50? They are currently selling in retail stores for about $15 from their normal $29.99 SRP, and I would like to know how durable they are (build quality) and their sound quality at that price point.

Any alternative suggestions that you think are equal or better than those earphones that is readily available in a local retail shop would also be appreciated.

Also picked up a pair of the Koss KSC75 Headphones for $12, which people like for the money. Might be handy as a cheap pair, looking forward to Kramer modding them and having as spares.

Arn't the X10 from Klispch being discontinued? Only the X10i still exists on their site..

Also, should I buy an pair of these to replace my Bose In-Ear 2? I only had those for a month....Is the sound quality that noticeable?

yes, that's why they were selling it for $85 at amazon.com (sold by amazon), and x10i has in line volume control for apple.
You will also get free $2 amazon.com MP3 credit when you buy x10 from amazon.com.
However, when I try to purchase songs, it says the service is not available at north pole region.

BB and FS take back headphones with no problem right? I ordered 2 different pairs and want to try both and return one. I know other places cause problems but BB is okay right. 30 days or 14?

Thanks

Just seen this post, I'm looking for headphones where the main goal is to cancel noise, can anyone recommend anything? Here's my original post.
