Not worth it....would rather sign up with another carrier like Koodo and not have a contract, plus they have much better service

I'm so happy you made a new thread with the old one still active to announce a savings of $.03 per day and no actual changes to the plan

Thanks OP - Just so everyone knows who's on the $57 smart plan. You have to call and have them change it to the $56 price, they will not do this automatically.

Does anyone know if the Fido coverage is the same as the Rogers coverage? Are they using the same towers?

I was wondering about this too. How does fido coverage compare to Bell?

Also, when getting a phone like an iphone from Fido, can it be used on the Bell network if I were to switch?
Sorry for the newb questions, been a while since I've been in the market for a new phone.

Thanks, now I have some leverage with Rogers if they say they are better. 56.00 I can live with.
