Where's the facepalm icon? 
It's quite easy: all you need to do is log into DellVoice.ca. Click the My Account button and the very first drop down is My Settings. Click that. Then the 2nd button on the bottom of the My Settings page is Password Settings. Click that and you're good to go.
Once you're logged in, this should be the URL:
https://www.dellvoice.ca/updatePasswordDetails

Does your browser display something different?
1. Log into dellvoice.ca
2. At the top, hover over My Account. Select Account Settings.
3. On that screen, select Password Settings.

I'm not sure, didnt try. However, here in usa it's working fine using wifi. So probably something to do with my wifi?

Thanks @paradime and @SLEEPYGSR. After I log in and use the URL you provided, I can change the password.
But when I log in, all I see is 911 Info | Follow Me Settings | Voicemail Settings | Downloads | SIP Settings

I want to use my real phone number for follow me but its saying that this number is already used by someone else for follow me service..
Weird!
What can I do?

I figured it out. I had to remove my number from freephoneline.ca since both fongo and freephoneline.ca are same thing.
