Do you still get coupons and whatnot with the trip? Or is it just a cheap ticket now? Too bad the casino won't mail you a card.

Not possible. Sign up for PAC must be done in person at the casino so that they can verify your government issued ID and then give you the card.
Used to be they'd charge more without a PAC but then you could get it back once you showed them your new PAC. Call Safeway though to confirm that's still the case. $5 is only if you have a PAC.

Chinese bus lines always has a bus line going to casinos at a fair price. The rides are usually for geriatrics who have nothing else to do than gamble.

I just got my PAC card. The bus people swipe it right? Will they care if I don't gamble (I just want the free ride to NF)?

Reviving an old thread...
Any experiences with how strict they actually are on not bringing backpacks? I want to bring an overnight bag with me (about the size of a carry on, but not an actual piece of luggage). Has anyone actually been turned away for bringing a bag on board?
Also, I won't be taking the bus back since I'll have a ride back to Toronto. Is it true that they will track whether you return with them, and then blacklist you if you don't?
Thanks!

Thought I'd update and say that I had no problems bringing my overnight bag on board along with my purse and extra shopping bag. As for the blacklisting, I don't think there will be any problems with it...I ended up gambling afterall, so they got what they wanted out of me anyways. Guess I'll find out next time I try to take the bus
Thanks for your responses!
