Thankfully the taxi driver came to help unlike a past incident where a child was run over by several vehicles and people just ignored the situation. But just by looking at the video, the sidewalk looks poorly constructed.

before the oldies jump at this, the sidewalk looked totally normal to me, it was even paved smoothly.. i mean if it's hollow just leave the stupid hole there, and normal people use cell phones to talk when they're walking about on the street. the warnings weren't clear at all, anyone looking around or chatting with a friend could easily have fallen into the trap
but of course, stupid outcome being traced back to young person + electronic device immediately has a causal linkLOG IN TO THANK No one has yet thanked medalgo for this post.
