I fixed the link. Not a US only deal. Price given is in Canadian dollars. It's available the same way as the Nexus 7 has been available.

Definitely good deal for a brand new phone. Pentaband works on all carriers here... tempting.

This is an awesome deal, to be honest. $309 for the best phone on the market, which happens to be pentaband and unlocked!

WP8 gets less attractive to me when flagship *AND* vanilla android phone is selling for $309/$359.

That is a really hot price for a new and unlocked phone.

But why doesnt it have LTE?? Most new phones have it nowadays... Is there a reason why Google omitted it?
