I am thinking to stock up with the $3.33 sale.
I thought that prices were going to go to like $2.50 for a "sale" price, not this $5 is a sale stuff.
Why am I going to buy at this $3.33 price? Looks like another drought in the Southern US, this means that prices will likely go up again.
Peanut butter sandwiches (I mean in the jar) were so quick, easy and relatively cheap to make. With the prices going up, is anyone else looking at alternatives?
If so, what are you buying?

I should point out that other brands don't agree with me.
Maybe some preservatives in the others that don't like me?
A food processor sounds like a decent idea, but at this time, I don't really have any other use for one.

Loblaws, or at least the local Valu-Mart, always include the 750g Natural (brown lid) in their sales. We stocked up about a month ago when they were on sale for $3.99.
OTOH Food Basics never includes these in their sales even though their flyers say something like "assorted varieties."_______________

No Frills has 1Kg jars on for $3.88 this week (Jan 11th to Jan 17th, ON flyer). Best price in months, that I've seen. I'm still well stocked from September..

^ Thanks for the heads up. I still regret not picking up more during their last sale, so this should deal with it!

Peanut prices have gone way down since. But on the food market, once a price has gone up, it usually never goes back down. So the regular price is likely to remain high, while sale prices will go back to "normal" and therefore "look" like killer awesome deals.

They're not good for you if you're on meds. So either lay off the grapefruit or change meds

Grapefruit Is a Culprit in More Drug Reactions
More likely: It's winter. Grapefruit and other citrus is in season. Supply drives down prices._______________
