Getting pretty annoyed with these threads where OP doesn't mention for students only. Smarten up people. Thanks.
Getting annoyed with people not being able to read, or even clicking on the links provided. Microsoft specifically asks for your Work email. If you work is part of the Microsoft partner program you may be able to take advantage of this.
Why do you need my work email address?

The terms of this program require that you have a valid e-mail address with a participating company.

AND

You need a program code from your employer to be eligible

This deal is ONLY valid for Companies/Schools/Military Orgs that are part of the Microsoft HUP (Home Use Program).

Even if your company email is not working, but you know they are part of HUP. You can get a program code from HR/Admin and enter it in at the program eligibility page.

Then click "Enter Program Code Manually" on the right hand side.

If you work in a company that uses enterprise copies of MS products, there's a VERY good chance you are eligible.

Oops, I meant to specifically mention 'in the title'. I think my last post qualifies for fail for doing what I was complaining about, lol. This deal (or variant) gets posted all the time. Lots of times the requirements are in the title, so people who are not eligible do not waste their time.

Unfortunately not all of us work at schools. Seems to be a lot here who have school emails though. Odd.

They don't work for schools, they are/were students. I'm guessing, you're like me and went to school before email.
