82, what is so special about 7mm SSD? For laptops? Would I be able to install that 840 in a regular desktop?

Let me get a calculator, I guess the 7mm is 2mm special than the 9mm. ;-) Thinner, no difference for desktop, just in case you want to use it on a notebook or set-top that requires 7mm 2.5" drive.

I dont see why that 250 gig Samsung deal is bad, with Farcry 3 in it I think its a stellar deal. What am i missing?
the ssd is not stable and known to have issues

Are there better deals on Samsung 840 (256GB)? That's exactly the drive I was looking for (this or Crucial). I'll grab the Sanyo rechargeables+charger too :)
you mean the 840pro. Just go for 830/840pro/m4

For reference, the good old Crucial M4 128GB will be on sale at FS for $80. If you don't need 7mm or the game, that is another good business class SSD.

Perhaps I am blind and I went over and over FS flyer, but I can't find the Crucial M4 128GB...what page is it on? Thanks.

from what i understand the firmware issues with the 840 were right at release and quickly fixed. can't really go on data that hasn't been compiled yet it's a pretty new SSD. definitely not the disaster that Sandforce SSDs had.

can anyone enlighten me on the ($14.99) liksys e900-ca wireless n300???
i need a new wireless n router.
looking for a cheap one that has good range and stable of course.
Looks good, might buy 2 (2nd as a repeater)... I wonder if ME will PM it online, even though it's only for in-store? Will have to see the rest of the "in-store only" deals early if they want me to line up to them...

No, I mean 'regular' 840, which will be on special at NCIX. Yes, I know what the difference is, but Pro will not be on sale.
