If the seller is going to be such a stick in the mud and refuse to send more photos, it's indicative that he's not exactly the friendliest or most mature seller. I hate dealing with these kinds of people who are so stubborn. Gonna be tough getting this type of person to cough up more photos or lower the price... unless it's already at a stupidly low price that you both like.
Sounds like you've already asked for more photos, especially closeups of the fur, Arctic Program disc, inside patch at the top of the neck, and the labels sewn inside by the left hip... if not, send him another e-mail kindly requesting these. If you have already done this and he's still refusing to take his head out of his anal cavity, either walk away from the deal or gamble your time by requesting a meetup and do the authentication in-person. I understand there's give and take with everything, so realize there's more "give" with that second higher-stakes option if it will get him to move forward.

Honestly I think CG is grossly overpriced at retail. I think people are simply caught up in the trend that it has become. The value of a Banff is probably something around the range of $400. Used, $300. But a current market price (with respect to the general public) for the Banff used is most likely $500. So it really depends on how much you value and want that coat.
Knowing that the jacket is a couple of season's old and will be hard to resell because of popularity and non-hologram tag, I offered $400 but was declined. And if I do pay $500 I do not know if I can resell for similar price a couple of years from now. Also with $500, I could get a brand new Constable or Chilliwack for a bit more.

Honestly you shouldn't buy it if you plan on selling it in a couple years. I don't purchase a coat unless I could see myself wearing it for 10 years or more (if it holds up). The Constable and Chilliwack are shorter coats which means less leg and backside protection, if that matters to you. Please don't get a Chilliwack. It's so played out.
I wouldn't pay $500 for a used Banff. $400, sure, but at $500 I don't know. Maybe if it was honestly in mint condition and I wanted to own it for many years.

I'm going to counter offer 380, don't want to low ball this one and lose another potential seller.
So the jacket is legit?

Still somewhat difficult to distinguish even after the seller sent you those extra photos. The fur looks fine BUT the photo of that inside patch is so washed out that it obscures any details for positive identification. What a terrible photographer. For the seller being such a stubborn stick in the mud, if you are able to determine in-person that it's authentic and he doesn't accept $380, walk away. Too much trouble for a normally easy-to-find jacket that has gone cheaper plenty of times, especially the Chilliwack. You can do better.
This is like me asking why you're trying to ask out that really stubborn girl when there are twelve other very receptive model-looking girls who are dying for you to pursue them. Again, you can do better.

As CGFA says, I wouldn't buy this jacket even for 350, unless it has the nicest fur and condition, which assuming from the photo it doesn't. Sellers of xs chilliwacks are very abundant and you can def snatch one with nicer fur for a better price.
