Still can't figure this out. I clicked on the stars under the names Heather, Michelle and Eva. I don't see no kite. Tried with both Firefox and IE.

For the 50% off one item vote on each of the legs in the middle, you need to click the stars to vote. Once you do a little kite will fly from the left to right behind the mannequins, click on the kite.

you have to vote for all 5 of them, and then wait about 5 to 10 seconds. a kite should appear on the left side and slowly flying up.
