Jeffrey, I never saw Playbook 64G price dropped beyond $199.
Only 32G priced to 148 and OOS at most of the place. But 32G went down to 118.

This is interesting.. sounds like the PB is better than the Galaxy Tab 2 in most ways (especially at 64GB for storage).

I'm curious about the app situation, has anybody really had much luck using Android apps on these?

I have tons of converted apps for PB. Only setback with PB is Skype for me. But I have a labtop and PC and I feel skyping using tablet is bit annoying.

But rumors around saying that they are doing something to bring skype into BB OS10.

And they are great Kids apps for under one dollar. My 4 year old own one 64G have all the nursery rhymes and kinder games. Plus all the kids series.

Hmmm... last year it was $118 for the 32GB?

Now they are getting rid of the 64GB but for $50 more.. so you guys are paying $50 for 32GB of flash...

so after taxes and eco fee say $200 all in...

I wonder what is going on with the LTE models... after all the first gen Playbooks are leech models.

I would want this just for a media player but the camera does NOT have autofocus, so it is only good for video, and video that does not require it to focus.


I hope that RIM does not pull a fast one like Apple and Microsoft and say that it cannot get the full BB10 update because it is EOL hardware... like Apple and the first gen iPhones, and MS with the WP7.8 update (by the way not all WP7.5 phones will be getting the update to 7.8m what a scam)

OH and by the way, if this is a boxing week sale forget about Price Matching with FS and BB, unles they get a memo from head office telling them to dump Playbook stock, everything in the Walmart boxing day flyer is Limited. I say buy now from Walmart and price protect from there... if you want to take a chance buy from FS and BB also then hope the price drops
