Finished the Hunger Games trilogy last weekend in anticipation of the film next month, liked the first book a lot but the last two was soul-crushingly disappointing. I'm looking forward to the first movie but I think I'm going to skip the rest.

Stephen King - 11/22/63: A Novel
Great book. Best King I've read in many years.
Suzanne Colline - The Hunger Games
I'm almost finished this. I thought it was just so-so. Don't really get the hype.

Currently reading (on Playbook):

After that, will read the sequel, Deadline or reread World War Z, since they kinda fit with each other.

Like many here I devoured the R.R Martin books. Then decided to move onto something a littler "easier" to read. I got completely hooked on the Reacher series by Lee Child, I read 15 books straight and will be reading the 16th as soon as it comes out on paperback. They are making a movie with Tom Cruise (shudder..) coming out next year based on one of the books.
Reacher said nothing..

I just finished the Hunger Games Trilogy:
The Hunger Games
Catching Fire
Mockingjay
Surprisingly good, despite me not being a young adult and not being female. Some shocking violence and deep, dark themes for fiction targetted for young adults. I wonder what would happen if the books were originally written fully fleshed out for adult reading. It had elemnts of Orson Scott Card's Ender's Game and John Christopher's Tripods Trilogy.
