Following the iPad 2 announcement, the 1st Gen iPads are on sale. The refurb 1st gen models are even cheaper.

16GB Wifi Refurb is $369

Canadian pricing for the iPad 2 is TBD but will likely be a little more than the US. That means a refurb 1st Gen will be around $150 cheaper than a new 2nd gen. For me, cameras, size/weight and a faster CPU isn't worth the extra dough, so I'm getting the refurb.

Thanks Darko, I searched that thread. Lots of discussion and confusion, but nobody seems to have noticed the discounted refurbs. No mention of $349 US, which is IMO pretty darn hot.

If the mods think a $349 iPad 1 deal should be buried in a discussion of the iPad 2, speculation about Canadian availability etc. then go ahead and merge this in.
