Sigh. Further weirdness. I checked my account status online, and instead of 5 months, this is what I see

Start Date: 12/1/2011
End Date: 1/1/2012
and under billing info, I see this
SIRIUS Everything - Demo Service - 1 Month - 0.00

My current 5 for 20 will expire in February. Has anyone with a currently active account used this to extend their expiry online? I went partially through, but it didn't seem to know anything about my current account after putting in the ESN and looked as if I were signing up for a new account. If it will go through, I'll just extend it.

How does this work for new car accounts? I just bought a car and the service was already installed and working. I didn't do anything at all to give them my info. Will this expire after a year? Does the dealer just forward your info to Sirius? I can't see how they would know when the vehicle was purchased and when the account should expire.

Anytime I log into to manage my account, it just takes me to edit my user details. I can't get to any of subscriber details for some reason.. Anyone else having this problem?

in billing history shows:

but when I go to current subscrigtions it shows:
Package: SIRIUS Everything (Monthly Plan)
Start Date: 12/2/2011
Renewal Date: 12/25/2024
