Had a Q (for you or anybody) regarding the My Vegas App Comps and the Crown and Anchor resort credit. have you use both together, specifically I found the Wolf Gang at MGM has a 241 Entree on MyVegas and if I could use my resort Credit (staying at Aria) would definetely be sweet.

Thanks for all the tips so far guys.
STAyed at ARia and used the MyVegas 241 buffet at aria. We ate at Bellagio and thought would be included, we were told can only be used at Aria. We complained feigning innocence and they credited it. So YMMV

This is what I feared. Got some good MyVegas comp points to use at other places, wolfgang etc but none in Aria. Might have to reconsider hotel location.

I emailed Aria and they confirmed it $200 to enjoy at Aria during my stay, not valid at other properties. I think they might have changed the policy this year :(

A lot of other hotels are near by. You may book few days at Venetian then a couple at Treasure Island which is only at the other side of the intersection if you don't want to ask for more budget. It will cost much less but won't be as nice as Venetian....
I released I can get a conference rate of 279 a night so that's not terrible, a bit over budget, resort fee is 15$

Have anyone tried using two myVegas coupon per table?

e.g. Two 2for1 dinner coupons for 4 ppl, or just 2 free dinner buffet.

I read through the terms and conditions and it doesn't say it's not allowed, just wanna see if any of you have experience!

I've done 2x $150 Tender without any issues. Just ask to split the bill. Servers don't usually care, they just want more tips.

For buffet, the cashier in front collect the money up front. In your case, you will need to show her the coupons. I'm not sure if they will take 2 coupons for the same table, It could be YMMV.

I went to Mirage for lunch buffet and used the 2 for 1 coupon, they denied to charge the 1 buffet with my resort credit. They insist I need to pay for the one buffet.
Meanwhile, I did the same at Aria dinner buffet with the 2 for 1 coupon, and no problem using the coupon and using the resort credit to pay my dinner.

It is really YMMV.

for clarity, were you staying at either Mirage or Aria or 2 separate booking etc/double credits? as I said above Aria confirmed to me the $200 credit was only valid at Aria not other Mlife Properties.

I stayed 2 nights at Mirage and got 150 resort credit, then after 2 nights at Aria to get $200 Resort credits. I only used the Aria Credits at Aria.

Last time I was in Vegas, I did see a table of 8 people paying separately. Maybe I can try that!

Why do you wanna change hotels? Aria has a huge variety of food options. We never ate at one restaurant more than once, except Starbucks (coffee every morning and used up the rest of our credits on packaged coffee) and the pizza place (for snacks).

There’s happy hour too so good to take advantage of that. We did that before shows. As you know drinks are $15 and up in Vegas. The casinos don’t give out good alcoholic drinks anymore, although still decent in ARia.

For two reason, MyVegas comps coupons at other MLife properties and I won't be gaming at Aria. I would prefer to be more free in where I eat.

As it turns out we have worked out our dinning option for Aria and will probably just use the $200 in one shot. then I'll eat other meals elsewhere.

Has anyone tried redeeming MyVegas points for a complimentary room at the Aria? I am curious to know what kind of room you get and if there are any options to upgrade for a small fee. Thanks.

It's just the regular deluxe rooms which are great. If it's low occupancy, you will receive an email a week or two before your check in date with an option to upgrade. You can also ask to upgrade during checkin. Unless you upgrading to a suite, just nicely ask for a higher floor, should be good enough.

High floor and or Strip view are probably your best case scenario for a complimentary upgrade. Getting a suite pretty much isn't an option since they normally run 3 to 10 times the room cost versus a standard Deluxe.

We were just in Vegas last week and used a one night comp at Aria through MyVegas. The room was pretty decent although in all honesty I wasn't blown away by it. We were on the 18th floor a few rooms in from the corner on the north/east wing of the hotel. We were directly facing the Cosmopolitan, had a bit of a strip view overlooking PH and had a nice view of the Rio and western hills.
