During the commercial break, Jon Batiste and Stay Human played Will Smith's hit "Summertime" and he couldn't resist joining in.
Loved his Summertime performance <3

A little off topic. Is it me or does the radio play a shortened version of Ed Sheeran's " Thinking out loud " ? one that's different than his album one. Heard his full album the other day.

Here's something different. If you haven't seen the movie Magnolia (1999) before, do yourself a favour and watch it before you die. The following clip from the movie may intrigue you enough to watch the entire movie--or if you don't want the "spoiler," skip the clip and watch the movie instead (btw, the movie isn't a musical and this is the only part in which the actors sing). The song is "Wise Up" by Aimee Mann.

John Mayer does a jaw-dropping cover of American Pie. Yes, John Mayer. Not because it was great (it was merely damn good), but because of the sheer audaciousness of attempting to do justice to a 800+ word, 8+ minute classic. This was at the request of David Letterman, who wanted to do special things during his last month of shows in 2015.
