What are the prices of addons (voicemail, call display, extra text)?
This is clever pricing. Most people will end up getting the $35 voice plan because the $15 isn't enough, and then they'll be able to upsell to the $45 plan.

No.. they use the AWS frequency (1700 MHz) unlike normal HSPA phones. If I recall correctly T-Mobile is the only other user of that frequency band in North America.
In other words, for the majority of phones you cannot just unlock it and use it on WIND.. it is not compatible. You will have to buy a WIND phone.
