The regular price is printed on the labels (along with the price in other countries) and usually doesn't change, at least for the past few 50% sales I've seen. I was just there this morning, and all the prices I've looked at were regular, not jacked up, so 50% is always nice. Bought something discounted, with a 50% on top of that.

Mexx doesn't mark up their prices but the last few times I've gone to get dress pants, they didn't have any smaller than 32".
