What's with this mortgage lender? Their website says the mortgage is exclusively for Mortgage Alliance and the lender is Macquarie.

They seem to have pretty good fixed rates. Are these mortgages with the rates found on Fiscal Agents "no frills" mortgages with limited or no prepayment privileges?
