Michelin X-ICE 2 VS Blizzak WS80 Sienna Brampton / Mississauga weather!

New to GTA and NOT sure whether to get winter tires for our Toyota Sienna - 235/60-17 as getting quotation of $1550 for both tires

If yes, which one would you recommend? mixing driving but more of city driving then highway.

no only 1 car - 4 tires with Rim for $1550
Steel wheels cost 60-70 each
Tires cost 750 for 4 ( Costco)
You should be able get this done for 1100 max unless you wanted alloy wheels

for winter driving in Brampton? Winter tires, studs, chains, front and rear push bars, preferably armor cladding as well.

Good luck OP

At minimum.
The best deals are the ones that make you buy, even if you have no plans to ever use it.

Exactly, continental took over Gislaved and the viking 7 is just where it came from.

I would have said Nokia R3 but Viking is cheaper and has similar performance and better in dry over nokian.

Very surprised X-Ice 2 is still for sale. Wonder how old these tires are? And when they were manufactured?
Definitely get the Blizzak, newer design than X-Ice 2.

Michelin’s confusing naming scheme
It likely the “Latitude xice2” which a different tire model from the old “xice2”.

Think of the it as
“latitude xice2” = blizzak dmv2 = suv tire
“Xice3” = blizzak ws80 = car/ cuv tire

Thanks for clarifying I69Norm. Didn't think about the "Latitude" X-Ice model.
