MicroCenter in the USA - clearing out Intel CPUs - 2500k for $160 USD, 2700k $250 USD
My friend is heading to the USA this weekend and noticed that Microcenter is clearing out Intel's Sandy Bridge processors. He ordered a 2500k for ispu.
Best price I have seen is at Newegg.ca for $205 with free shipping.
If anyone else is heading down and needs a cpu, maybe a Micrecenter near you will have the cpu in stock.

they've had prices like this all the time on their intel processors
It's in-store only and they only have like 10 stores throughout USA..none of which is remotely close to the border IIRC

They have more than 10 stores but you are correct, they are not near the border. My friend's heading to Chicago this weekend so the timing for him is excellent.

Microcenter deals don't work for about 99% of us.
Even if you have a US credit card and US shipping address.
Hell even though I have buddy who lives 10 minutes away from one, he's so busy I don't even want to bother him.
Maybe you can try PMing with other sites.
I like ordering from TigerDirect because when I ship to WA state, there's no sales tax.
So usually that makes my components in line with MC's prices.

I was able to choose an Asus p8z77-v lx for $85 less $10 mir, a Biostar tx77a for $55 less $10 mir, or a Gigabyte GA-Z77-DS3H for $60 with no mir with a 2500k.
