(Might be a stupid question...)

How do you get to the page to enter your school email? I selected the Country/Province/School and it's asking me to log in thru a portal, which only works for active students.

It depends on which school. I have a login for 3 different schools (took a course here and there) so I was able to do it without requesting access with one of them. I'm glad I was able to finally activate my windows but bummed out because my school didn't seem to offer this office. My school offers 365 only if you're currently enrolled. So lame.

Not sure if I'm doing something wrong but I only see it under "staff." When I click "student," it doesn't show up.

I purchase one in 2011, I know it’s long time ago, never used it and I wanted to use it but when validating it it say it is part of the HUP program and I should contact my administrator.... do these expire even thou I paid for it?

It's supposed to be valid as long as you still work at the same company or study at the same place. Didn't know they enforce it though.

thanks - i edited it to say "student, staff or faculty" e-mail address...
Thanks OP.
Still not clear for me: with this being just a special offer for "student, staff or faculty" of Canadian universities, is Microsoft discontinuing its "HUP" offers?
