Eaton centre in Toronto.

Be aware they have policy to reject price adjustment if the listed item is out of stock.

I can confirm the price is actually $999 for this model in the Microsoft store, but I'm not sure how long this will last. I bought it yesterday and I'm loving this laptop so far.

Anybody having issues with touchscreen? It was working fine and then it just starts to act up and close all my windows. Can't even get to device manager to disable it.

A step down but for my wife’s business PC I got the Asus Zenbook UX430 with same CPU, double the storage here and a beautiful 105% sRGB coverage 14” display in a 13” chassis, was $849 Bestbuy BD. No coil whine in this one! She doesn’t use a touchscreen anyway and the fan is quiet when stressed, completely silent as I'm typing here. I remapped a couple of keys and enjoy it myself (I have a MacBook Pro). To go with it, the Kate Spade sleeve reg $90 was clearanced for $9.97, keeping the whole pkg under $1K taxes in. I’m sure the Asus will go on sale again for future buyers.

Also, I've configured this to 3f swipe L/R for back/forward Chrome navigation, you might find handy on your XPS.

No idea where you got the 22 hour figure on the 9370 from. Its got basically the same internals as the 9360 but with a smaller battery (52Whr vs 60 on the 9360) so battery life is a but lower on the new model:

Im lovong the 9360. There is coil whine on mine but *only when using the usb-c port to charge external devices.

I was researching for the new XPS 13 9370 and almost all youtube videos are mentioning 20 -22 hrs for FHD.

Yeah it's funny you mention that - I read that afterwards too. What a joke - talk about promising the world!

Its got the same guts basically as the 9360 but with a slightly smaller battery, so of course battery life is actually lower than the 9360 fhd version.

12 1/2 h on xps 13 9370 vs 16h on 9360 (fhd versions).

Obviously the new (stunning) 4k screen is significantly less - 8+ hours battery.
