[Microsoft Store] Lenovo Flex 14 -8th8250/8GB/128GB/2in1 MS Store CA $1049 dropped to $649

Just found Lenovo Flex 14, price from $1049 dropped to $649 from MS Store CA

Another choice for those missing Huawei Matebook D 14 (AMD) deal

Flex 14: Memory can upgrade, fingerprint, 2 in 1, support pen, 4-in-1 memory card reader, $50 cheaper, but HDD is 128GB PCIe, GPU and battery not as good as Matebook D

Processor Intel Core i5-8250U 1.6GHz (up to 3.4GHz)
Memory 8GB DDR4 2400MHz
Hard drive size 128GB PCIe SSD
Operating system Windows 10
PC type 2 in 1
Optical drive None
Media drive 4-in-1 memory card reader
Audio Dolby Audio Premium
Video Intel UHD Graphics 620 with shared graphics memory
Ports HDMI port • Headphone output/microphone input combo • 2 USB 3.0 ports • 1 USB Type-C port

Weight 3.667 lbs
Colour Black
Other Model number: 81EM000KUS • Backlit keyboard • Fingerprint reader

For those attempting, it is not brand issue, no mater Lenovo, Asus or Huawei, Its Intel and AMD competition, Lenovo and MS store both of them offering hassle free return policy, why not buying AMD from lenovo and Intel from MS respectively, make comparison then return the one you don’t like within 30 days.

Dont be fooled by model number, Flex 5-14, flex 6-14, flex 14 they all damn same thing, flex 14 with 81xxxxx.., all the same but with different hardware configuration, ie. CPU, RAM, either include fingerprint or not etc..

check link below for those interested in upgrade memory or ssd.

Lenovo has a Ryzen 7, Vega 10, 16GB, 256GB version for $842.

I ordered one with ebates, probably around $150 more than this...might be a good alternative for those looking for more power.

couldn't find this model on youtube,
it looks like the older Flex model has a standard 2.5" inside,
but this looks like a newer gen (which they usually make it worse for upgrading) has a PCIe SSD.
I would assume it is removable/upgradable, they would be out of their mind if they solder a 128GB onto the mainboard which most people will find it to be insufficient space.

I wished they include a 256GB as a minimum, it wasn't long ago Costco had the zenbook for $50 less and came with 256.

It's asking for the IBM EPP password. What is the new password? FNDEPP does not work anymore

It looks nice in theory, but man it's getting a lot of consistent bad reviews
