I looking for this honey[Miele Balsamico gr 250 by Etna Miele] from Italy.It's good for coughing but I can't find in Markham, Scarborough and Toronto.

Perhaps you could order it directly from the manufactures website (which you have already provided) that is if they ship internationally.

Another thought would be to seek out Italian bakeries that perhaps have this specific item. (They may also provide a great lead for you).

Another though would be to call bakeries that cater specifically to the population that are from or enjoy baked goods from where the product is from.

Lastly, which I am sure you have already thought of would be to ask an Italian grocery store. They may not have that specific product but a close substitute.
