Still have not received mine. I've called customer service, and they had submitted a form to contact the manufacturer about getting more stock. It's been two weeks, and no response as of yet.

Meanwhile, I still want the vacuum. Do I have any recourse?

got a note the other day that my order had been cancelled... they gave me a $25 coupon code. I'd much rather have the Vacuum, though!
