Mint.com not syncing with Rogers Bank for "some" users

My Rogers World Elite MC account stopped syncing with Mint a month ago. There is an update on Mint.com stating that there is an issue affecting "some users" (https://help.mint.com/Featured-Question ... 0-2019.htm). There are no other details to say which users or if there is anything those users can do.

When I go through the suggested step of re-entering the credentials, Mint deems it as "successfully reconnected", but nothing is resolved after that.

Anyone else experiencing this with Rogers Bank specifically?

Read the Rogers Credit Card thread. Since they released the new website, the Mint.com integration has been down. It's a known issue with no known timeline for resolution at the moment -- your guess is as good as anyone's. Perhaps if enough people complain, they'll prioritize a fix. Maybe.

Same, has been about a month since last sync. PCF has been over 3 months lol. It takes an effort by Mint/FI (or both) to update data sync mechanisms when a FI updates their web platform. I've sadly been entering transactions manually into Mint for these 2 cards, but all my other banks/accounts work great.

This is how the customer service departments work generally, you would think they can just get a count of rogers customers, however a very important factor is number of people reporting the issue, this will bump up the priority higher.
Just speculating, I dont work for Rogers or Mint :)

Had same issue with PC Financial ever since their new website launches. Usually the API stuff don't get turned back on until they fix all the bugs on the main website

I just noticed exact same issue. Re-entering credentials gives same behaviour as what you experienced, but transactions still do not download.

Chatted with Support, they see that same issue from 20-Jan, then they checked in another system and say this...

Customers will encounter a 102 error code while trying to add or refresh Rogers Bank (Canada) account via FDS. This is due to Financial Institution . blocking.

They then checked in few other systems and also opened a ticket, but Mint being a free service, I don't have any high hopes. I don't understand why Rogers Bank would be blocking them. Their is no competing service from them, then why do this.

I stopped using the card. Using my previous card now. I value real-team transaction and budget sections of Mint more than the difference between cashback rewards of this card vs my older one.

Which card are you using now?

Unfortunately I use it as it charges no Fx fee when using it outside Canada sometimes. Tangerine + Rogers MC are my goto cards within Canada. Use Tangerine for all 2% Cashback categories and Rogers MC for rest and outside Canada.

I am the same, having the transactions appear in Mint is more valuable than a bit more cashback. I will switch back to Rogers when they sort this out, it's a great card otherwise.

Aw man. Just got this card because the 1.75% on everything and 4% on foreign is the best out there for me.

No mint is very painful.

It's probably worth it for me to manually add up the transactions, my other cards only give 1% CB

April 17, still same issue... Mint support has no ETA for this issue. Anyone figure anything out to make this work?
