mislead

ok so i bought these items
motherboard
ram
video card from this post here

so i recieve the items a few days later
everything seems to work ok until i check the graphics card its not 1gb its 512mb
i contact the seller and he refuses a refund on the video card but offers ten bucks via paypal
i tell him i want 20 he says dont push my luck
so today im still with out the 1gb card i was supposed to be buying
and i look at the back of the card and see a sticker that has some black marker over the top so i rub a little off
and to my surprise i see 8800gt under the marker what should i do from here just leave negative feedback on here and heatware
the seller has refused to negotiate even after i told him i dont want this pos he shipped me as it wasnt what i was buying
help me out here i dont know what to do and this card is absolutley useless to me i needed it to be 1gb for my kids 32inch lcd to play their games on
and 512m doesnt cut it

The 8800gt and 9800gt are the same card, same hardware. It's sold that way. Read the box.
i dont think any company would sell a 8800gt as a 9800gt would they?
he doesnt seem to care about getting negative feedback
what should i do then just leave the negative?

It doesn't matter that it's the same card under the hood, he sold you one thing for another. It's not sold that way. What a scumbag.

ok well its been a few more days and he hasnt even sent me a reply or the refund he offered
im going to pm him and give him untill tonight to make this finalized and tomorrow leave negatives for him

You should've asked for photos as well as GPU-Z, Furmark shots etc. especially from somebody who has no feedback score.
