That's quite the commute. I suggest the taxi to save you some time.
I'm not sure if there's "speedy" services available here in the GTA.
Speedy services are transportation services similar to taxis, however, they only charge one flat fee to drive the client anywhere within a specific region._______________

Mississauga Transit doesn't exist anymore. Our mayor Hazel McCallion decided that it was costing too much money for the taxpayers so she scrapped the service and has replaced it with slower but far cheaper horse and buggies. So take the subway to Kipling and follow your nose to the horses.

This I think would be your best bet...since I'm not sure exactly where on Dixon you are going. So go to Spadina Subway station and get on the 58 bus. 58A goes to the airport and 58B goes all the way to Westwood mall in Malton.

(Assuming the OP didn't mean Dixie and 401, because he/she mentioned "Mississauga Transit" in the title...)
The alternative is to take the subway all the way to Kipling station and hop on the Martin Grove bus all the way up to Dixon, which takes you right to where Dixon meets Hwy 401.
Here is the TTC link for the Martin Grove bus.

Call mississauga transit/TTC.
BTW, what hot deal did you find that's worth this commute?
