I was looking in November, for which the price doubled within 30 minutes. You're right guys in January the prices are still valid... But it's the rain season. :(

I booked this morning for our family of 4. I have 2 young kids. I was able to break up the trip out to include a few days in Paris before continuing on to Mauritius for ~ $60 more per person. It helps to break up the trip. We did the same when we went to The Seychelles via Abu Dhabi. Unfortunately I could not do the same coming back. Avg price person was $6xx. We're going in April.

What charter did you book through? We were told through flight hub we were not able to do it price would go up to $1100.. did expedia allow you to have a stopover in paris?

The problem is that there is a warning message at the end of the advert saying there is a chance that the airline can or will cancel your booked flight as it is a fare mistake. I don't think I wanna take the risk of paying for a flight now that may or may not get cancelled later and to rebook at a higher price.

I guess that's always a risk with these fares. Why not just booked and hope for the best? Usually cancellations occur pretty quickly (within 2 to 3 days). The worst that can happen is you'll get a full refund back to your credit card.

I booked with flight hub. Never bothered to try another booking engine. Took a while as I had to try quite a few iterations to see what I could get at the low pricing. I started looking around 9:30 and was booked just over an hour later after confirming with wife.

Exactly. I booked our Seychelles trip 2 years ago on the Etihad price error. Held off on the hotels and other arrangements until it was confirmed the price would be honored. Got an amazing deal. No risk really.

What dates did you choose for the stopover and trip. I tried and was not able to find a way to break it down

April 1, 4, 9. When I was booking this morning I was able to add CDG as a stopover on several dates with no issue as long as it was on the outbound side. I could not make a combination work on the inbound. I spent most of my time trying different combinations.
