Mitsubishi Outlander 2009 LS/XLS dealer offer
The dealer offered me OTD $33K for the LS without me haggling. He said that was the "best" price he could do.
I am also looking at the XLS. CCC with freight/PDI/etc is $31,465.00.
CCC says to add 3-6% on top of this then tax (GTA=13%)
so. $31,465 x 1.03 (markup) x 1.13 (tax) = $36,831
Mitsubishi has no cash incentives at this time. I was thinking of offering $33K for the XLS cash purchase OTD. Am I just being ridiculous? Maybe 34-35K is more reasonable? its just the freight/PDI/etc fees that are so ridiculous.

I just bought an Outlander LS with remote start, mud flaps, 3-row seating (bonus), and I also got the dealer tire warranty ($499) and rust protection ($499).
I put $3000 down, over 72 months @ 2.8%
Taxes, everything in.... i am paying $455/month

It looks like the dealer gave you ~1000 discount only? Did you only get the 3 options with the car (remot start, tire warranty < is this the nitrogen scam?, rust protection).
3rd row seat is not a bonus, it is standard with the LS model. Going to a V6 gets the 3rd row and keyless go as well which makes the 1k upgrade to V6 very attractive.
CCC shows the dealer invoice on the LS to be a little over 2k under MSRP, as well as the dealer gets $600 factory to dealer bucks.

Did you get any extra options with the XLS? 36k OTD for an XLS sounds pretty good. Which dealer was this at? I wouldn't mind having another dealer to haggle with. I will be picking one up next month.
