Does anybody here subscribe to MLB.TV?
i'm considering getting a season subscription for my cousin, who i know would really enjoy it...
anybody know how they prevent multiple users from logging in? i.e. i would login to my cousin's account whenever i wanted to watch a game...
and can you bypass local blackouts (by, say using a proxy server)?
and anybody actually subscribe to the service?_______________

Why don't you guys go for the Rogers Sport Package ?
I just think it's more economical because you have access to other sports like NHL Centre Ice, NFL, college stuff
I understand MLB.TV is good for mobility i.e. if you have a laptop and an Internet connection but if you have any other reasons for MLB.TV rather than the Rogers Sports Package, i'd like to hear it_______________

Apr 9th, 2006 09:47 PM #8MLB.TV is supposed to offer every single game throughout the entire season (except regional blackouts), Rogers' Sports Package doesn't. I'd like the option of toggling between different feeds to see key matchups/plays.

Rogers sports pack will be missing 12 games not key games.Mlbtv is alright i had it last year my issues was it froze alot if the internet went down so did mlbtv. If yo want to toggle there is about a 30 second delay going from one to the other. Some times there are issues with the streams.I would say as a last resort go to mlbtv for me i will be getting 800 games this year and i am very happy with that.

Not too sure why you would want to watch say, a Colorado Rockies vs. the Milwaukee Brewers game either. Fantasy baseball ? or a sports bettor ? I am into the latter and I don't even watch those games.
But i guess to each his own._______________
