Mobile Service Provider - Fido/Rogers/Bell/Telus ?

I am on Mobilicity right now. I am using the 55$ plan. Using the deal so paying 32$ including taxes for every thing I can ask for. Fantastic Rates and service where it exists. Recently, I moved to a building where the signals do not come properly in elevator and basements. Similar happens when I go into buildings. I am thinking of moving to another career. Following are my requirements

Unlimited Outgoing/Incoming Canada wide
300 SMS
100Mb Data
No Roaming within Ontario
Obviously voice mail/caller ID etc

Can you suggest me any sweet deals that can be comparable to my current
I have HTC panache and would like a similar phone. Tabs are good. If on contract, would not like to have more than an year contract.
